Thou shalt not always put your own needs above others, embrace diversity, and accept differences without judgement.

Immediacy

Thou shalt be present, the journey IS the adventure. Accept your mistakes and move forward towards your dreams one step at a time... and get off your phone!

Perspective

Though shalt at all times, try to retain perspective, empathize with alternative views and ways, and account for the diversity of relative experiences.

Integrity

Thou shalt not take advantage of the kindness of others and act with integrity even when such behaviour is not reciprocated.
